Part 1 How to Become a Member

1. Search “No.1 malatang” in the App Store or scan the QR code below 2. Bind your phone number and select your frequently visited store to become a member

(The membership is valid at all No.1 malatang stores in Australia)

Part 3 How to Earn Points

• Spend 1 AUD to earn 1 point • When the spending amount has decimals, round up to calculate points

Part 2 Membership Levels

We have four membership levels, each with different benefits.

1. Welcome Member:

• Points: <600 points • Benefits: Receive a Welcome coupon, no discount benefits

2. Bronze Member:

• Points: 600-1200 points • Benefits: Receive a Welcome coupon, enjoy a 5% discount

3. Silver Member:

• Points: 1200-1800 points • Benefits: Receive a Welcome coupon, enjoy a 10% discount

4. Gold Member:

• Points: 1800 points and above • Benefits: Receive a Welcome coupon, enjoy a 15% discount

Part 4 Membership Benefits

1. Exclusive Discounts (for Bronze Members and above)

• Accumulate 600 points to upgrade to Bronze Member, enjoy a 5% discount, valid at any No.1 malatang store in Australia

• Accumulate 1200 points to upgrade to Silver Member, enjoy a 10% discount, valid at any No.1 malatang store in Australia

• Accumulate 1800 points to upgrade to Gold Member, enjoy a 15% discount, valid at any No.1 malatang store in Australia

2. Member Exclusive Offers

• Participate in various promotions within the APP, such as irregularly distributed coupons, games, and activities

• Be the first to receive the latest news on new products, events, and special offers

• Silver Members and above can be invited to all new product launch and new store opening tasting events

Q: Do my coupons have usage thresholds and expiration dates?

A: All No.1 malatang coupons can be used for purchases of $18 or more. Specific dates are indicated and can be viewed in the coupon details.

Q: Can the coupon I received upon registration be used immediately?

A: No, it can only be used on your next purchase.

Q: Do my points and membership level expire?

A: All points and membership levels are reset every two years.

Q: Can I use multiple coupons at once?

A: Coupons cannot be combined at the moment, and only one coupon can be used per order.

How to Use Our APP

HOME Interface

Updates on new products and events.

ORDER Interface

Select the pick-up store and the dishes you want, then proceed to the payment page. Once the staff confirms, you will receive a notification with a pick-up number. Use the pick-up number to collect your order at the store.

Points Interface

After dining, show the QR code in the app to the staff to scan, or provide your membership phone number to accumulate points.

Find Us Interface

Locate the nearest No.1 malatang store based on your real-time location, and check the detailed business hours and contact information.
